Hospitality

Dear Friend, when you extend hospitality to Christian brothers and sisters, even when they are strangers, you make faith visible
3 John 1:5

Christ’s perfect example of welcoming all, serving selflessly, and loving fully is what the hospitality ministry would like to reflect to all who come through the doors at CCGV. Our goal is to greet, inform and help people get connected to people and resources within the church. We hope you will come to the hospitality counter in the church foyer so we can meet you and help you get acquainted with our church fellowship!

Our PURPOSE is to see visitors and members being welcomed and their needs being served

  • We see people being greeted.
  • We see people receiving information and personal assistance.
  • We see people being loved and served.

Our PLAN is to demonstrate hospitality to visitors and members by…

  • GREETING/WELCOMING people as they enter the church building.
  • ENGAGING people in friendly conversation.
  • DISCERNING if people have any specific needs.
  • PROVIDING information and personal assistance.
  • ENCOURAGING people to ask for further assistance if needed.
