Our heart’s prayer for every gathering of the Women’s Ministry is captured in this verse from Keith Getty’s song, “Speak Oh Lord”:

“Speak, oh Lord, as we come to You to receive the food of Your holy word.
Take Your truth, plant it deep in us, shape and fashion us in Your likeness.
That the light of Christ might be seen today

in our acts of love and our deeds of faith.
Speak, oh Lord, and fulfill in us all Your purposes for Your glory!”

As Christian women, we desperately need God’s guidance, comfort, and encouragement in every stage of life. We also need each other! The Women’s Ministry at Crossroads Church provides opportunities for women of all ages to worship God, study His Word, get to know Him personally, discover His plan for our lives, and encourage each other in our daily walk of faith.

The Women of the Word Bible Study is the foundation of our ministry, providing a structured, in-depth Bible study to do at home and discuss in a small group setting at the weekly WW meetings. We also schedule seasonal luncheons and dinners, special events, and an annual one-day women’s conference or weekend retreat. Additional opportunities for women in the church include our Moms Encouraging Mom’s Fellowship and our Single Women’s Fellowship.

Our PURPOSE is to see women becoming more Christ-like in every area of their lives.
